Hello from Jem Headquarters, aka my kitchen.
Back by popular demand, the two ingredient ice cream! Well, actually it’s back because I couldn’t resist making eggnog ice cream and I figured why not throw in peppermint ice cream for good measure.
So, without futher ado, take a gander at the ice cream recipe (which requires no ice cream machine) and my two yummy ice cream combinations!
Two Ingredient Ice Cream Recipe (makes one batch of ice cream):
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of whipping cream
Place whipping cream in a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment and whip until you achieve a whipped cream texture
Pour sweetened condensed milk into a freezer safe container and add in your mix-ins. Fold in your whipped cream and freeze overnight.
Eggnog Ice Cream Mix-Ins:
3/4 cup eggnog
1/4 teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg
Peppermint Ice Cream Mix-Ins:
1/2 teaspoon peppermint oil
1/4 cup crushed peppermint
Eggnog Ice Cream
Peppermint Ice Cream
We’re making ice cream. Yep!
And guess what else we’re making?
Wait for it…..
Wait for it…..

Ginger Cookies with Eggnog Ice Cream
Here is the recipe for the ginger cookies.
Yummy!
So what happened to the cookies for the Peppermint Ice Cream? Well, let’s just say, I must practice some restraint or I will have to start doing two a day workouts!
No worries, thanks to my fans over on my Facebook page, I decided to share other options to pair with this refreshing ice cream.
