High Road Craft Ice Cream

It was my extreme pleasure to tour High Road Craft Ice Cream facility this Spring. Chef Keith and Hunter are the owners of this phenomenal company and the ice cream they produce epitomizes the company’s name. No short cuts are taken in the production of their ice cream. Trust me, I have eaten enough of it to tell you they are spot on with their flavor combinations. My recent favorite is the blackberry ice tea sorbet. Yes, you read that correctly. It was delightful!
I am truly thankful to Chef Keith and Hunter for giving me the opportunity to share their uniquely designed ice creams and sorbets with the world. I have been waiting a long time to release this video, so enough of my babbling, let’s take a look at this truly Rare Jem!
